The incident between the customer and a teenage employee happened Oct 31. The restaurant’s manager asked a man and a woman to leave after they allegedly made homophobic comments to his server, WISN reported.

"(It) went the wrong way, escalated, and that's when the fight broke out," Germantown police Lt. Todd Grenier told WDJT.

That's when a 16-year-old dishwasher intervened. In the video, the man can be seen moving the woman, who is holding a baby carrier, out of the way, the television station reported.

"He does kind of direct her towards the door and then immediately after that he throws the punch," Grenier told WDJT. "So obviously he had it in his mind what was going to happen."

In the video, the man throws the first punch, and the confrontation escalated into a full-scale brawl, the television station reported.

"It (surveillance video) definitely shows this customer in the wrong, being the aggressor in the scenario," Germantown police Capt. Mike Snow told WISN.

If found, the man could face charges of battery to a juvenile, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct, the television station reported.

"This was an adult attacking a juvenile. We want this person to have to answer for that crime," Snow told WISN.
