The 1,600-square foot, two-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home on Waverly Drive in Los Feliz looks out on the San Gabriel Mountains, is listed under market value at $1.9 million and was the center of some of the Manson family murders, KCAL reported.

The home was owned by Rosemary and Leno LaBianca, who were murdered there in 1969 during the two-day rampage by Charles Manson and his followers. The LaBiancas were killed the day after Sharon Tate and four others.

"I talked to a lot of people to try to figure out, is it a detractor, or is it not a detractor? It's all over the board," listing agent Robert Giambalvo told KCAL. "It's been nearly 50 years. I'm not so sure that it's going to be a big deal for some people."

The current owners have lived in the home for two decades, KCAL reported. They are preparing to retire and ready to sell.

It is being shown by appointment only.
