Join us at the KIRO 7 Cares Toy Drive, benefiting Toys for Tots, today

Join us at the KIRO 7 CARES Toy Drive, benefiting Toys for Tots on Friday, December 6, to drop off a new unwrapped toy in person and enjoy a special day filled with holiday activities.

Help create special memories for children by donating a toy today.

US Marine Corps representatives and KIRO 7 personalities will be on hand from 6 a.m to 6 p.m. to accept donations, but you don't want to miss the Holiday Block Party from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. Special events and activities at the block party include:

Live Holiday Music from MOViN 92.5

Seattle’s Best Food Trucks

Photos with Santa

Local Team Mascots & Special Guests

A special performance by the Seattle Men’s Chorus

The KIRO 7 studios are located at 2807 Third Avenue (Third and Broad), Seattle, 98121.  Money can also be donated.

All donations will be distributed to deserving children and families across Western Washington this holiday season. The biggest needs are for babies and girls and boys ages 9-13. For pre-teens/teens, suggested items include sporting equipment/bags/balls; books, backpacks, cosmetics, purses, watch/wallet gift sets, bath gift sets, board games, radio control cars/trucks, hand-held electronics, skateboards/helmets, curling irons, hair straighteners, and hair dryers.

Toys for Tots prefers not to accept realistic looking weapons and gifts with food.  If donated, such items will NOT be distributed.

KIRO 7 is also coordinating with Toys for Tots organizations in surrounding counties to support drive efforts and make a positive impact for those in need across Western Washington.
