TACOMA, Wash. — Tacoma police are hoping someone can help identify two men in two separate robberies.
In the first robbery, a man stole more than $5,000 worth of designer sunglasses on May 29, from the Sunglass Hut kiosk in the Tacoma Mall.%

Police said he broke a display case, grabbed 26 pairs of sunglasses and got away, running through the east side of the mall.
Police said the man appears to be white, in his 40s, and 5 feet 8 inches tall with a medium build and a gray goatee.
The man was seen wearing a dark-blue hoodie, gray camouflage shorts, and black leather boots. He also had a backpack.

Two days later, an armed man robbed the Subway restaurant in the 4100 block of 49th Avenue N.E. about 10:05 a.m., police said.%

He threatened to shoot the clerk if she did not give him money, police said.
The robber is described as white, about 20 years old and 5 feet tall. He was wearing a black hoodie with a small white logo centered on the upper back.
The man was also wearing black pants, a black ball cap and black pants with a key lanyard hanging on his left side, officials said.
Anyone with information on either of the robberies is asked to call 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
