THURSTON COUNTY, Wash. — The Thurston County Sheriff’s Office says a suspect fired gunshots at a bounty hunter who was trying to arrest him on a DUI warrant Friday morning.
Authorities say the shots were fired in the area of Forest Park Street Northwest and Holiday Valley Drive Northwest. No one was hit.
The suspect fled into the woods toward Oyster Bay Road. At 8:45 a.m., police said a search was underway. The man was arrested less than two hours later.
