TACOMA, Wash. — Update: A semitruck that rolled over on northbound State Route 509 was towed away, opening back up all lanes.
WSDOT reported the road was cleared before 1 p.m.
Law enforcement did not say what caused the semitruck to roll over.

Fire crews are at the scene of a semitruck rollover that is blocking all lanes of northbound State Route 509 at I-705 in Tacoma Friday morning.
Rescue crews were called to the scene after 9:30 a.m.
The driver of the truck was transported to a hospital in stable condition, Tacoma Fire said.
Drivers in the area should expect delays and are asked to use alternate routes.
No other injuries were reported.
