CENTRALIA, Wash. — A car that crashed through a home in Centralia Wednesday morning came just feet from a man inside.
Centralia firefighters say the car hit a duplex in the 500 block of West Cherry at about 2 a.m. The driver left the scene before police and fire crews arrived.
A man in the home was sitting about 5 feet away from where the car struck the building, according to firefighters.
The suspected driver of the car later visited a hospital emergency room.
