LYNNWOOD, Wash. — A 17-year-old boy was shot near the parking lot of a Lynnwood elementary school Monday.
It happened around 7 p.m. near the Hazelwood Elementary School parking lot on 204th Street Southwest.
The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office said the teen was shot in the leg during an attempted robbery.
His injuries were not life-threatening.
On Thursday, the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office said an 18-year-old Lynnwood woman was arrested in connection with the robbery of the teen. She was booked into the Snohomish County jail for first-degree robbery.
This remains as an active investigation.
