The body of a woman recovered in the waters of Wallace Falls was identified Friday by the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office as Sarah A. Zimmerman, of Bothell.
The 30-year-old was found in the lower falls Tuesday after the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a woman going into the water.
At about 5 p.m., the Sheriff's Office sent a helicopter, dive team and patrol to the scene and her body was recovered at the middle of the falls before 5:45 p.m.
The medical examiner said the cause of her death was drowning and the manner was accidental.
