EVERETT, Wash. — A man was arrested for investigation of DUI at the scene of a fatal crash that closed the northbound lanes of SR 529 in Everett.
The highway was closed at the Snohomish River from about 3 to 6 a.m.
Police were called to the scene at 36th Place Northeast after a man was found unresponsive in the road.
Police administered CPR until medics arrived, but the man could not be revived.
