Deputies with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office say they seized more than 1,000 suspected fentanyl pills during a traffic stop Monday night.
The driver, a 38-year-old man, was pulled over near Highway 99 and Airport Road.
Deputies said the driver was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license and possession of 14 fentanyl pills.
After securing a search warrant, deputies said they found more than 1,000 pills, along with a shotgun and a revolver.
“In the midst of this pandemic, our deputies are still working hard every day to protect our Snohomish County community,” a spokesperson for the Sheriff’s Office wrote in a news release.
