Everett police release video of vehicle believed to be involved in deadly hit-and-run

Police are searching for a vehicle that they believe was involved in a deadly hit-and-run in Everett earlier this month.

Investigators said Hal Fisher was struck while crossing Highway 99 at Airport Road on March 11. He later died from his injuries.

Witnesses told police that, after the vehicle hit Fisher, the driver allegedly backed up and drove around his body.

On Tuesday, Everett police released surveillance video of the vehicle that they believe hit Fisher.

Police said the vehicle, believed to be a 2000 to 2006 Chevrolet Suburban or GMC Yukon XL, left traveling northbound on Evergreen Way.
