Wrong-way I-5 driver causes fatal crash in Seattle

Washington State Troopers have identified a man who was killed in a crash on I-5 Sunday morning.

Mohamed Alhethail died at the scene. He was 25.

Troopers say the driver who caused the car was going the wrong way on southbound I-5 on the ramp to eastbound I-90

That driver was arrested on possible charges of vehicular homicide.

Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.

The road was closed for four and a half hours while police investigated.
