The report, done by Quote Wizard, looked at searches for pothole-related complaints going back to 2004.

The research showed that Washington ranked first when it comes to problems with potholes.

The report also showed that the average pothole repair bill is $306 and drivers between 35 and 44 hit the most potholes.

The report also broke the research down by cities. Yakima ranked first for cities with the worst potholes, but Spokane and Seattle also ranked in the top five.
