LAKEWOOD, Wash. — A car was torn in half during a crash that involved two vehicles Friday night in Lakewood.
The crash happened near Bridgeport Way Southwest and Filbert Lane Southwest.
The collision force was so strong that it sent the rear end of the car sliding into the side of a building.
Two people were taken to the hospital but are expected to be OK.
Police blocked the area for several hours to investigate the crash.
