Vehicle strikes pole, brings down power lines

SEATTLE — A truck driver is trapped inside his vehicle after striking a power pole and bringing down power lines Monday morning, the Seattle Police Department said.

Traffic is being impacted near 22nd Avenue South and South State Street.

Seattle City Light crews were called to the scene to turn off the power, officials said.

No injuries have been reported.
