VANCOUVER, Wash. — Vancouver police tweeted Monday that they are searching for a missing man.
Kevin S. Ellis left his home in Vancouver Aug. 24, telling family he was in Portland, Oregon, but has not returned home. Ellis was driving a black Harley-Davidson MC with skulls on it.
Anyone with information should call 911.
