Troopers help bald eagle after it was injured by car in Kitsap County

Troopers with Washington State Patrol helped save a bald eagle Tuesday after it was hit by a car.

The accident happened on State Route 3 at Newberry Hill Road in Kitsap County. Wildlife officers don't think the eagle has any broken bones in its wings, but it will stay at Wildlife Shelter for observation.
