LACEY, Wash. — A tree fell on a home in Lacey amid strong winds Tuesday.
Lacey fire said reports of strong local wind gusts were confirmed in the area when the tree fell on the home on 26th Avenue and College Southeast.
No one was hurt, but the home was damaged and power was cut.
Puget Sound Energy is responding and the fire department is helping the homeowner get in touch with her insurance company and family.
