When Gov. Jay Inslee stepped in earlier this month, negotiations resumed.
“I am proud to recommend this contract. We have fought so hard and long, but we did it. Our contract gives us hope of working with management positively and hearing our voices. Knowing there is a change that includes how we are cared for makes a huge difference in how we come to work," said Valarie Howard, a monitor tech.
Voting starts Saturday, with a final tally April 6.
