Small plane crashes at Paine Field

EVERETT, Wash. — A small, single engine plane crashed at Paine Field in Everett on Tuesday morning, officials confirmed.

The plane, a Cessna 172 series, crashed at 9 a.m., according to a Paine Field Airport official.

The pilot was the only person inside and he walked away from the plane and doesn’t seem to be injured.

There aren’t yet any details on what caused the crash.
