SEATTLE — The Seattle Pride Parade will be back in 2022 for the first time in three years.
It will be held on June 26.
During the pandemic, virtual events were held.
Seattle Pride is asking the public for suggestions on a theme that represents Seattle-area LGBTQIA+ community members. Past themes include “Pride Beyond Borders” and “Resilience!”
The organization is also taking suggestions for possible grand marshals. Past grand marshals include former Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan, drag legend Jinkx Monsoon, and Jen Self of UW’s Q Center.
