REDMOND, Wash. — UPDATE: Redmond police said in a Twitter post that Barbara Sessler, who was missing since Thursday afternoon, has been found safe.
ORIGINAL STORY: Officers with the Redmond Police Department are asking for the public's help in finding a missing woman.
Police said Barbara Sessler, 83, wandered away from her home, located in the 2000 block of 152nd Avenue Northeast, Thursday afternoon.
Sessler was last seen wearing a brown-and-white sweater and blue-and-white pants and was carrying a Nordic walking stick, police said.
Anyone with information on Sessler's location is asked to call 911.
