Police seize heroin, fentanyl and more during traffic stop in Lake Stevens

LAKE STEVENS, Wash. — A man was booked into the Snohomish County Jail on Saturday after police say they seized heroin, fentanyl and methamphetamine from him during a traffic stop.

Officers with the Lake Stevens Police Department said the man was a passenger in a car that was pulled over on State Route 92.

During the traffic stop, an officer recognized the man from previous arrests and said he had an outstanding warrant.

Police took the man into custody and said they found 50 grams of heroin, 30 suspected fentanyl pills and methamphetamine.

The man was booked into jail on investigation of two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count of possession of a controlled substance.
