HOQUIAM, Wash. — Update: A missing 11-year-old boy with “high functioning special needs” was found safe, Hoquiam police said.
Brandon Crenshaw was reported missing Wednesday afternoon. Police said there was a miscommunication and Crenshaw was located.

Brandon Crenshaw was last seen leaving Hoquiam Middle School Wednesday.
Police said he was wearing a black and red Harley Quinn backpack.
