Endangered man missing from Everett found safe

EVERETT, Wash. — Update: Everett police said a missing 61-year-old man who they said was endangered has been found safe.

A person who saw Steven Sams called 911 and now he is headed back home.

Original story: Everett police are searching for a missing 61-year-old man who they say is endangered.

Steven Sams is described as white, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, 145 pounds and has green eyes.

Sams was last seen wearing a Seahawks ball cap, a gray sweater, gray sweat pants and brown shoes.

Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911.
