LAKEWOOD, Wash. — Lakewood police are asking the public’s help in identifying a gunman after a shooting at a Wendy’s restaurant over the weekend.

At about 10:15 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to a report of a shooting at 10619 South Tacoma Way.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found a man with multiple gunshot wounds sitting in his car. Officers performed CPR on him, and he was taken to a hospital in critical condition. As of Thursday, the victim remains in critical condition but is stable.

After the shooting, the people in the Jeep drove southbound on the South Tacoma Way extension, passing the Pierce Transit Park and Ride lot toward 112th Street South.
