Police investigating after reports of shots fired in Burien

King County sheriff deputies are investigating after responding to reports of shots fired in Burien on Friday night.

Officers responded to a shots fired call in the 13200 block of Ambaum Boulevard SW at about 12:30 a.m. Upon arriving, deputies located a vehicle described to be in connection with the incident as well as shell casings at the scene. The suspects took off in the car, later crashing it. One suspect was caught and the other was not located.

The man arrested was booked on a DOC escape warrant and will have more pending charges.

The Sheriff's Department is working to get a search warrant on the vehicle and is investigating the incident.
