Deputies are investigating investigating two separate attempted lurings on Friday in Port Angeles.
At about 7:15 a.m., deputies responded to a report of a luring attempt near the intersection of Mount Pleasant Road and Yellow Rock Road.
Investigators said deputies spoke with a middle school student who said a man offered the student a ride but the student declined. The student also told deputies that the same man has been offering them a ride to school daily for the last two weeks.
The man was described as Hispanic, in his 20s, with short black hair and no facial hair. He was driving a silver Jeep Grand Cherokee with a spare tire.
The second incident happened in the 2500 block of South Chase Street when a Jefferson Elementary student was walking to school.
Investigators said a woman in a vehicle approached a student and offered the student a ride but the student declined. The woman was described as 20 to 30 years old with black hair.
Anyone with information about the two cases is asked to call police.
