TACOMA, Wash. — A 73-year-old pedestrian is recovering after being struck by a hit-and-run driver on Thursday night in Tacoma.
The collision happened at the intersection of South 48th and South Orchard streets, which have been shut down.
Police said the victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The collision remains under investigation.
