Pedestrian hit, killed by freight train in Kent; Sounder train resumes

A pedestrian has been hit and killed by a freight train in Kent.
The Burlington Northern Santa Fe train hit the person south of West Willis Street and First Avenue South Friday morning.

KENT, Wash. — The Southline Sounder train was stopped in Auburn at about 5:45 a.m.

Service resumed at about 7:45 a.m
