TACOMA, Wash. — A collision in south Tacoma has resulted in the death of a 55-year-old man who was pushing his motorcycle.
The crash happened Saturday night at South 84th and South Alaska streets.
Police said the victim’s motorcycle had broken down and he was pushing it across Alaska Street when a vehicle struck him.
The motorcyclist was in an unmarked crosswalk, authorities said.
Officers closed the area for the investigation, but it has since reopened.
