A man with gunshot wounds drove himself to a hospital Friday night after reportedly being shot by an unknown suspect.
He drove himself to Seattle Children's Hospital just before midnight and was later transported to Harborview Medical Center, where he is currently receiving treatment.
The man told officers that he was shot by an unknown suspect in a parking lot on Aurora Avenue North. He said that the suspect fled the area in a car, and there is no description of the suspect or vehicle.
Police searched the parking lot but could not find any evidence of a shooting. Detectives will continue to investigate.
