TACOMA, Wash. — A driver and his passenger were arrested after a chase and crash in Tacoma early Friday.
Pierce County deputies tried to pull a car over in the 7200 block of East Portland Avenue around 1:30 a.m., but the driver fled.
He then lost control and crashed into a building. There were people inside, but no one was hurt.
The driver and passenger were taken into custody. It was not immediately known if they were injured.
