King County sheriff's deputies arrested a 39-year-old man for a deadly shooting at a Motel 6 in SeaTac.
Investigators say that on August 31, the suspect got into an argument with three out-of-town construction workers who were staying at the motel at 18900 47th Ave S. The fight occurred in the parking lot.
At one point, deputies say the suspect pulled out a gun and shot and killed one of the men. The other two were not hurt.
But a stray bullet went through a window of the motel and hit a man who was just coming out of the shower. He was shot in the back, but survived.
The suspect is due in court on Friday.
