A man was arrested after breaking into and stealing from John Rogers School in Olympia early Saturday morning, according to police. The school is used as a supply station and has been abandoned for some time.
The school is located on 26th Avenue Northeast.
The suspect broke into the school at 12:30 a.m., setting off an alarm that notified the school district.
A staffer watched the suspect remotely and notified the police of the burglary.
The suspect was stealing monitors, computers, air compressers and tools, according to police.
The suspect is in custody.
