LYNNWOOD, Wash. — Crews battled a three-alarm fire Wednesday night at an apartment complex that is under construction in Lynnwood, officials said.
Firefighters responded to a report of a commercial fire in the 19800 block of Scriber Lake Road.

Fire officials said two firefighters were hurt and their injuries are non-life-threatening.

A nearby apartment complex had heat damage and about 100 to 150 residents were evacuated. The Red Cross is assisting the residents.
The King County Sheriff's Office's helicopter flew over the scene and tweeted video of the fire.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Crews with the Snohomish Public Utility District had to shut off power in the area. They were at the scene monitoring to ensure people were safe.
Officials told KIRO 7 News 2,000 customers lost power.
