LAKEWOOD, Wash. — The Lakewood Police Department is hosting a blood drive to help honor fallen officers in Pierce County and across the state.
The drive will be held on Thursday, May 2, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Lakewood Police Department's multipurpose room.
“Please come out and donate blood (and/or apheresis, your choice) and help us honor and remember our Fallen,” Lakewood police said.
Those who are interested in signing up can do so here.
The Pierce County Law Enforcement Service will follow the blood drive, beginning at 6 p.m. in the McGavick Student Center at Clover Park Technical College in Lakewood.
