23-year-old woman killed near Arlington identified

SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. — Deputies are investigating after a 23-year-old woman was killed Friday in Snohomish County.

Madison N. King, of Arlington, was identified by the Snohomish County medical examiner’s office.

Her cause of death was listed as sharp force injuries.

According to deputies, a friend reported that Osuna Gonzalez, 25, from Kirkland killed his girlfriend.

Officers were called to the 400 block of 200th Street Northwest near Arlington.

When deputies arrived at the scene, they found King’s body.

The suspect was contacted by Kirkland police after 9:30 a.m. and was taken into custody after turning himself in.

Detectives said it was a case of domestic violence.

The investigation remains ongoing.
