SNOHOMISH, Wash. — A motorcyclist is dead after colliding with a car on State Route 9 in Snohomish County Saturday afternoon.
State Route 9 is closed between Marsh and River Road, Washington Sate Patrol Trooper H. Axtman said.
The coll SR 9 at MP 8 is a fatality. Please avoid area. SR 9 is now closed between Marsh and River Rd.

According to authorities, it was not immediately clear what caused the collision.
