Deputies search for missing man last seen in Grant County

GRANT COUNTY, Wash. — Deputies with the Grant County Sheriff's Office are asking for the public's help in finding a missing man.

According to deputies, Arthur Valentino Madrigal, 36, was last seen on Aug. 3 in the Heart Lake area – about 6 miles southwest of Warden, Washington.

Deputies described Madrigal as 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing 130 pounds with a tattoo of Chinese symbols on his neck.

"Madrigal was in the company of a 20-year-old female. Madrigal and the female arrived to the area in a burgundy-colored Dodge truck," deputies said.

Officials said those in the area may have witnessed a woman calling out for Madrigal for an extended period of time during the day or evening.

Anyone who was present at the Heart Lake Area on Aug. 3 is asked to contact Detective John Wallace at -509-766-3191, ext. 2322.

"Even if you don't think you saw anything that day, please call anyway as that fact is also important information," deputies said.
