THURSTON COUNTY, Wash. — A 47-year-old woman was arrested for allegedly stabbing her 72-year-old mother to death in Thurston County.
Investigators were called to a home in the 5000 block of Sleater Kinney Road Northeast on Friday after a 47-year-old woman notified 911 dispatchers that her mother was injured and bleeding.
When deputies arrived, they found the 72-year-old woman dead with multiple stab wounds, authorities said. Only the two women were in the house.
The daughter was arrested and booked into the Thurston County Jail for second-degree murder.
