City of Seattle asking residents to preregister for vaccine appointments

SEATTLE — Ahead of eligibility opening for everyone 16+ next week, the city of Seattle is asking residents to preregister for COVID-19 vaccine appointments.

The city launched a vaccination appointment notification list to help residents find and receive a vaccine.

Preregistration is available to anyone 16 and older, those who haven’t received a vaccine and residents who either live or work in King County.

Once you sign up, you will receive an email when an appointment is available at any of the four city-run sites. The sites are located in North Seattle, Rainier Beach, West Seattle and Lumen Field.

Find the form at this link.

Mayor Jenny Durkan tweeted Wednesday urging residents to sign up.

Anyone who needs help signing up can call the Customer Service Bureau at 206-684-2489 for assistance. The bureau is open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
