The King County Sheriff's Office is asking the public to be on the lookout for a group of people who were caught on camera throwing large rocks at a Burien family's home over the weekend.
The family shared video of the incident from their surveillance cameras with KIRO 7. It is the third time similar incidents have occurred at the home on Maplewild Avenue in the last two weeks.
The family said it first started with eggs being thrown at the home. Then someone threw a baseball through a window.
But the latest incident early Sunday involved large rocks. Several windows were shattered. One of the homeowners who was inside when it happened said it was so loud he thought a gun was being fired.
Glass was sprayed throughout the home, and one of the rocks went through their 7-year-old's bedroom.
They have now boarded up all of the home's windows as a precaution.
Surveillance video shows two people throwing objects at the home and then running to a vehicle. The two, along with two other people who stayed back near the vehicle, then get into the vehicle and drive away.
Police say they are looking for four suspects.
Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff's office.
