Early Thursday morning, deputies said they saw the man arrive at the home in his car.

During a previous encounter, deputies said the man tried to run away by jumping out of a second story window so additional units were at the scene.

The man walked outside his driveway at 11 a.m. and was taken into custody without incident, deputies said.

He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
