MUKILTEO, Wash. — Police in Mukilteo are asking for the public’s help after a woman’s body was found in the water off Mukilteo on Wednesday morning.
Fishermen who were in the water, about a half mile from Mukilteo Lighthouse Park, spotted the body and called police.
The woman was found wearing a burgundy top, a white shirt, burgundy pants and a black fleece vest when she was found.
Police describe the woman as "elderly" and said she was transported to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Officer.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the medical examiner's office at 425-438-6200.
