TACOMA, Wash. — A billboard came crashing down Friday night onto a Tacoma street during a possible strong weather system that blew through.

At about 5:30 p.m., crews with Tacoma Public Utilities and fire were called to the intersection of South 56th Street and South Durango Street for a report of an electrical emergency.

When crews arrived, they found the billboard toppled over on South 56th, striking power lines.
