Bellevue launches outdoor dining program for summer

BELLEVUE, Wash. — If you love dining al fresco, you’re in luck.

Bellevue has launched its outdoor dining program for a fourth summer.

It was originally implemented to support local restaurants that had capacity restrictions due to COVID-19, but has since become a favorite part of the city’s downtown summer activity.

More than 40 restaurants are offering outdoor dining options across the city. The program also includes expanded dining spaces for restaurants in the Old Bellevue area.

The 2023 program will run through mid-September.
