AUBURN, Wash. — Auburn Police Department detectives arrested two people Monday afternoon in the fatal stabbing of a man.
Police say 35-year-old Bryce Pearson was stabbed to death in a parking lot at 202 Cross Street Southeast in Auburn Sunday night. He was from the Orting area.

One suspect is 17 and the other is 20. The adult was booked into the SCORE jail, while the juvenile was taken to King County Juvenile Detention.
Both suspects are from the North Bend area.
Detectives said they were able to determine a connection between the victim and the suspects, as well as the vehicle the suspects used to get to Auburn.
Police said information they gathered indicates the victim and the suspects agreed to meet in Auburn to exchange pills for property. The meeting led to a fight and stabbing in the parking lot.
The victim died at the scene. His body was found next to several vehicles parked in the lot.
