Auburn man caught trying to flush drugs down toilet, police say

AUBURN, Wash. — An Auburn man was arrested this week after police said he was caught trying to flush drugs down a toilet.

Police said the 37-year-old old previously sold oxycodone pills laced with fentanyl to police.

A warrant was served at his house, which is located in the 800 block of 45th Street NE.

During their search, police said they recovered Xanxx, dextroamphetamine, fentanyl pills, mushrooms, cocaine and methamphetamine, as well as a stolen shotgun, a stolen rifle with an attached suppressor and drum magazine, and a handgun.

Police said the man has previous felony convictions and is unable to legally possess a gun.

The man was booked into jail on investigation of drug possession, unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of stolen firearms.
